For Las Vegas weddings/events, the deposit is $150 (unless within 14 days). For destination weddings, the deposit covers the flight cost. If payment isn’t received within 48 hours, your contract is void, and your date is released. If your date is still available and you wish to rebook, the deposit plus a 10% fee must be paid by end of day (EOD) to reinstate your booking.

I’ll hold your date for 48 hours until the retainer is paid. After that, you’ll need to check availability again. I understand life happens and can offer grace—just communicate with me. However, ghosting won’t be tolerated, as this policy protects my business. I’m happy to make exceptions when needed—life happens, and I’m willing to extend grace but all I ask is if you communicate to me. However, I cannot tolerate ghosting, which is why this policy is being implemented to protect both my business and myself.

Secure your date with a $150 booking fee, even if you haven’t chosen a package yet. You have until one month before your wedding to finalize your package and hours. After that, your selection is final to ensure we capture your vision perfectly.

Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. A 3.5% processing fee applies only for HoneyBook payments, covering transaction costs. This fee is the client’s responsibility.

Each video includes one (1) revision. After we send the edited video, you can request changes—but any additional edits beyond that will incur a fee. Many couples book us for our premium, editorial-style videos, and we love when you send inspo if you have a specific vision (especially if you're particular—totally welcome!). That said, lots of couples also trust us to create freely, which we’re always happy to do. This policy helps us manage time and maintain quality while still delivering a final product you’ll love.

Additional hours requested onsite will be invoiced after your event and must be paid as soon as possible. If your event runs 30+ minutes over, extra time will be charged. Content delivery will be on hold until all balances are cleared.

All payments must be made by the due date. Late payments incur a 10% fee. If unpaid one week before your event, the booking will be canceled, the date released, and no refunds issued.

It's your wedding day, so we don’t require you to hire a videographer unless you want to. If you don’t have one hired, we’ve got you covered! At no extra cost, we’ll have our second iPhone and set it up on a tripod to record the full ceremony while we focus on capturing behind-the-scenes videos. This way, you’ll still have a complete recording of your special moment.
